After posting a lot of sweet bakes, today I am here with a healthy snack recipe - Roasted almonds. It is prepared in oven with simple ingredients. It is very easy to make and it is very quick to make too. Just mix the almonds with the ingredients, roast it in oven and then enjoy this healthy and delicious snack.

Oven Roasted Almonds
Easy recipe for almonds roasted in oven. This is a healthy vegan snack.Prep time: Baking time: Total time:
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients :
- Almonds : 1 cup
- Oil : 1 teaspoon
- Salt : 1/4 teaspoon
- Chilli powder : 1/4 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder : 1/8 teaspoon
Instructions :
- Pre heat the oven to 375 F / 190 C / 170 Fan / Gas Mark 5. Prepare the baking sheet by lining with aluminium foil.
- Mix almonds with oil, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Apply oil slightly over the aluminium foil. Then transfer the almonds to the prepared tray and bake for about 12 - 15 minutes.
- Let the almonds cool completely then serve.
- Baking time varies with each oven.
- You can adjust the salt and chilli powder as per your personal taste.
- The almonds will turn crunchier only when it is cooled. So wait till it cools completely before snacking.
