Mushroom Masala Recipe | Mushroom Recipes

Mushrooms are very nutritious, so we encourage her in that aspect and I keep trying different recipes using mushroom. Last week I prepared this mushroom masala for lunch and served it with Baby Corn Pulao. It can be served with Chappathi/rotis too.  Today I am going to share this mushroom masala recipe.

Spicy mushroom masala recipe

  • I have used white button mushrooms here. You can use other varieties of mushroom as well.
  • Instead of adding chopped tomatoes, you can puree the tomatoes and add too .
  • Adjust chilli powder as per your spice levels.
